An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. 

Courtney Richardson, JD, LL.M. has over fifteen (15) years of experience in tax,  investment, and Estate Planning. She is a former financial and investment advisor.  Courtney is a practicing attorney.  She holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from West Virginia University College of Law. She also holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the Temple University Beasley School of Law.
